They give you a questionnaire to fill out to get some details of what message you're trying to get across, and let you share some fun or personal moments/memories that you would like to try to put in there. At first I was afraid the allotted amount of space wouldn't be enough, but it is plenty. The artist takes it from there, and in a few days turnaround time you have this amazing custom song.
